Refund policy

At Silent Doctrine Apparel LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In the same condition that you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging, when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact page or by email at Info@silentdoctrine.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Silent Doctrine Apparel LLC. is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned outside of the 14-day return window
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please submit a return request for the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
