We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

During product launches, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Silent Doctrine Apparel LLC does not guarantee delivery dates.

Limited Drops & High Volume Releases

Some products are released in limited quantities or special drops. During these periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume.

We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully fulfilled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the order before it is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Silent Doctrine Apparel LLC is no longer responsible for the shipment.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. You may also reach out to us for further assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
